It’s easy to believe the promises skincare companies make if you don’t know better. What do I mean? Well, there’s no oversight in the cosmetics industry, so false advertising is widespread and unchecked.

You also cannot let the price of a face cream make you decide it must be a good product. The price will vary from place to place and often what you get is not as safe as you would think.

There are dermatologists that have recommended products that contained ingredients known to cause allergic reactions. The best thing you can do is research everything you can find about a product and use you own best judgment as to whether you should use the product or not.
