As I lay my hands on the black and ivory keyboard of my Pleyel, fingering Le Lac de Côme, I can’t but feel the optimism and bright sunshine of a summer’s day that Chant d’Arômes by Guerlain evokes in me as well. One of the lesser known Guerlains, it is akin to an innocent young love that is blossoming into the happiness of womanhood. I found myself recently in the market for a one-stop shop for some skin health and beauty products. Beauty Bridge literally had everything I could ever be looking for, from fragrance, skin care, makeup, bath, body, hair, nail products,  along with designer fragrances and scented candles. It’s a pretty safe bet that a great many of us are going to be able to buy a wealth of of your fragrance and beauty products all in one place on the net.

Of course the free ground shipping for US customers was quite appealing to me. But aside from that little perk, was the extremely easy site navigation. You can easily find everything you need right on the front page of the website, through clearly marked icons that quite honestly, leave nothing to the imagination.

Customer Service
I have to give Beauty Bridge all the credit here. Their customer service is among some of the best I’ve had in a very long time — almost as good as my home bank. A live telephone agent (no robots) promptly took me through my order, asked me if there were any questions I needed to ask her before we proceeded to enter my card number, and called me by name the entire time. I could tell this wasn’t some outsourced agent Beauty Bridge had hired — this woman definitely knew what she was talking about.

Negatives
Beauty Bridge has way too many promotions to read through. I know some of you reading this review will think I’m pulling your chain, but when you click on the “Specials and Promotions” tab; you’re literally faced with somewhere in the ball-park of 30 promotions they have running currently. Some Beauty Bridge shoppers will, I’m sure appreciate the kind gesture on the websites part, but I like things a little more simple. I would rather have 5 really crazy savings, than 30 average ones.

Stop by the website and make a purchase or two. They have definitely earned me as a customer for life. The site navigation is stellar, and the prices will keep me coming back for a long while to come. Enjoy your purchase.
